Course Description
This course covers the practical skills necessary to find work in the hospitality industry. It covers cocktail bartending, barista coffee making, silver service waiting, responsible service of alcohol, responsible service of gambling, and the food handling certificate. All participants are provided with a professional resume as well as free use of our staffing agency.

SITXOHS002A - Follow workplace hygiene procedure
SITHGAM006A - Provide responsible gambling services
Course Structure:
This course runs 2 weeks full time or 4 weeks part time. You can enroll in:
The morning course - conducted between Monday - Friday from 9am - 3.00pm
(Enrolment 8.30am)
OR
The afternoon course - conducted between Monday - Friday from 3pm - 9.00pm
(Enrolment 2.30pm)
OR
The evening course - conducted between Monday - Thursday from 6.30pm - 9.30pm
(Enrolment 6pm)
OR
The weekend course - conducted Saturday and Sunday from 9am - 4.30pm
(Enrolment 8.30am)
Course Cost
Total course fee is $105 for eligibility candidates
Eligibility Criteria for Government Funding
Under 20 years of age @ 1st January 2012 you must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident
Over 20 years of age @ 1st January 2012 you must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident & must not have completed any qualification higher than certificate II
Must not have commenced or be scheduled to commence more than two Victorian Government subsidised courses in 2012 (excluding courses in the Foundation Skills Category); and
Must not be currently enrolled in two or more Victorian Government subsidised courses (excluding courses in the Foundation Skills Category)
